PAYMENT POLICY

1. Currency and Checkout Total

Prices and checkout amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD). The final order total, including applicable sales tax and discounts, is displayed before you submit payment. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., without a minimum purchase. We do not add standard-delivery, handling or remote-area delivery surcharges in that supported area.

Free outbound shipping does not cover return postage for non-quality returns. Our Return and Refund Policy explains return-cost responsibility.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where available through checkout. Wallet availability can depend on your device, browser, location and the payment provider. The checkout page shows the options available for your transaction. We do not require bank transfers or payment to a personal account outside checkout. No installment-payment program is promised by this policy.

3. When You Are Charged

Payment is collected when you place your order, rather than when the order ships, subject to successful authorization and payment checks. Your confirmation identifies the order and amount paid. A pending authorization is not always a completed charge; your bank or provider can explain how it appears on your account.

If we cannot fulfill an order for which payment was collected, we will contact you and provide cancellation and refund arrangements as appropriate. We will not retain payment for merchandise that we cancel without supplying it.

4. Payment Processing and Security

Checkout and payment providers process payment credentials through their services. We generally receive transaction status, references and limited payment identifiers rather than complete card details or security codes. Do not email full card numbers, CVV codes, passwords or one-time verification codes to customer support.

We may conduct reasonable fraud checks. If additional order clarification is needed, we will explain the issue using our support channel. We do not ask you to purchase an unrelated item or send gift-card codes to release an order.

5. Declined or Duplicate Transactions

For a declined payment, check the billing details and contact your provider where needed. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same purchase without checking whether an order confirmation exists. If you suspect duplicate charges, contact us with the order number and non-sensitive transaction details. We will review the records and correct any confirmed duplicate charge; pending bank authorizations may follow the provider's release timetable.

Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees or currency-conversion charges if applicable. These are not store shipping or handling fees. We do not add a separate store payment-processing surcharge.

6. Refunds and Payment Disputes

Refunds go to the original payment method. For ordinary mailed returns, we inspect within 5 business days after receipt and initiate an approved refund within 5 business days after approval. Confirmed cancellations and approved refunds not requiring a return are initiated within 5 business days of confirmation, subject to shorter legal deadlines. Bank or provider posting time can be additional.

We charge no restocking fee or refund-processing fee and do not deduct the original free standard shipping cost. We do not force store credit instead of an approved monetary refund. Contact us if the original account has been closed so we can work with the provider on an appropriate lawful refund method. Payment disputes and chargebacks remain subject to provider procedures and applicable rights; contacting us does not waive those rights.
