For an Existing Order
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, the product involved and a short description of what you need. Use the subject "Order Help" or "Delivery Help" where appropriate. For cancellation or address changes, contact us immediately; changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.

For a Return, Damage Report or Warranty Claim
Use the subject "Return Request" or "Warranty Claim." Describe the issue and provide photographs if reasonably available. If photographs are unavailable, contact us for another reasonable assessment method. A video is not mandatory. Do not mail an item before receiving return instructions, and do not send a used or contaminated tool without first discussing safe handling.

For Privacy Matters
Use the subject "Privacy Request," "Privacy Appeal" or "Opt-Out Request" and describe the request. You may also call or write to the address below. We will explain any reasonable verification needed. See the Privacy Policy for available rights and Shopify's own privacy controls.
