ABOUT US

Kestrelwood Housewares is an online store operated by KESTRELWOOD HOUSEWARES LLC in Kentucky, United States. We focus on bathroom organization products and household cleaning tools for everyday home routines.

Our range brings together practical storage and manual cleaning tools: shower baskets, under-sink and countertop organizers, drawer bins, toothbrush storage, soap dispensers, portable caddies, squeegees, brushes, microfiber cloths, flat mops and dusters.

We want customers to know what they are ordering. Product pages describe dimensions, colors, materials, structure and supplied parts, and identify styling items that are not included. Before purchase, check the measurements, surface compatibility and care guidance against your home and intended use.

We serve the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. with free standard outbound shipping. Normal order processing takes 1-3 business days, followed by estimated transit of 5-8 business days. Our dispatch address is in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Eligible purchases have a 30-day voluntary return period from delivery and a one-year limited warranty for materials and workmanship defects under normal intended household use. Non-quality return postage is customer-paid. We cover necessary shipping for approved quality-related claims and provide the full conditions in our Return and Refund Policy.

Our customer-service team can help with product information, orders, delivery and after-sales questions. Contact support@kestrelwoodhousewares.com or +1 (201) 675-5893, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We aim to reply within 1-3 business days.
